We have all been lead to believe that the RDA (Required Daily Amount) is the target of what we need in vitamins and minerals. That is not true. The RDA is the MINIMUM you need not to get sick.

The diseases of today that are killing us are degenerative diseases such as cancer, heart disease, & diabetes. These diseases are ALL caused by free radical attack on our cells. We need optimum amounts of nutrients. However, you can't get those levels from your diet. The optimum recommendation of Vitamin E is 400 iu. You would have to eat 27 lbs of spinach a DAY to get that much Vitamin E.

More than 60% of the people in the US take supplements. Yet, most of us will Live Too Short and Die Too Long. And studies show taking supplements can positively offset degenerative disease. So what is the problem?
